I had 2 accounts, abandonned them both aproximately at the same time (around 2020) so i just decided to see if they still existed, and one of them is fine, but the other is inaccessible. I already sent a ticket to support, but looking for account migrations or deletions i found there was a huge purge like 18 months ago, but i find it strange that only 1 of the accounts appears to have been deleted. Is there anything else to it?
