More accounts to block then, simply the anti-cheat can- no, must be updated to reduce chance of further cheating. Don't you have a bridge to tend to? Anti cheat can't catch them all and isn't currently either.

Cheaters are few and far between nowadays since the anti-cheat has been updated, and soon there will be even less as it is further improved. And my friend, if there are ever any cheaters it is a simple task to report them or even bring a moderator to your game (since it was said they can join any game any time) There is little reason to fret, it should be seen more as a convenience to the players, not heyday for the cheaters! :-) You are mistaken they are coming back slowly.

I rarely buy, but I always get a few days max 3 back to back DC cards then days of drugs which i store to 100 each, doesn't take long then drug in a battle and win my keep, and the occasional crystal bonus, Buyer keep the game alive since tanki doesn't sell advertising so don't complain too much. Beside the drugs really make little difference unless you are playing druggers and wish to attempt to hold them off.

The upgrade is rumored to have a greater chance of failing and reverting back a m-level than going to m-4 so unless you gotta lot of money this won't be widespread.

All weapons can get "Risky Upgrade" And since not confirmed specs I think it would be like the increase from m0 to m-1 except from m-3 to m-4 so shouldn't be that overpowering but we can't know yet.

Perhaps talk the Russians into adding a game mode that returns the gold box to fall at 700 in a non randomized spot, and only once on the map, make it a death match too. Call the Game Mode Gold Rush so everyone else can be spare the dreaded chat of "Has the gold box fell yet". Although I doubt they would do this but I know some buyers that would like the challenge.
