As far as I know, sabotage is proovable by video only! Screenshots in many cases are not enough to proove sabotage. We guess your account will be blocked as soon as posstible if your story is real. BUT! It's unbelievable, that they hacked your mail and your TO account in the same time...

You have to capture the hacker and make a video, maybe a set of printscreens, then publish a complaint in "Complaints" section on forum.

There's no client for that game, because it is flash game. Only thing you can do is to download a stand alone flash-player and use it for playing tanks. FYI: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

As for me I didn't understand, what was the question about. If you want to know more about exact crystal recalculation mechanism, I'm afraid you should wait for a while. As it was announced, there'll be implemented another type of crystals in TO 2.0 beyond classical crystals.

You should better read game rules before posting messages like that.

You have to collect concrete proof of a rule violance. As Kn100 wrote, make some printscreens or record a video, then upload it on some file-share service and post a complaint with links to your proofings.

Think about your future: twins is not the best solution for higher ranks, you know. It's better to buy rail for example, because it's the cheapest m3 turret with very high level of damage.

In case of any problems, contact support. As you described your situations, I guess your account was hacked.

Keep sending (posting) your complaints. All cheaters will be blocked as it was last time. Next step will be lots of crying cheaters asking to unblock their accounts.
