This is actually my work. This guy stole my works, translated the text with some sort of a google translator and pretended to be an author. The original thread with my works is here: http://forum.tankionline.com/posts/list/8207.page I will send a message to the administration of the game regarding that guy. As for the question about how to apply the paint - the archive contains pdf and ms word files with instructions about every step you will need to accomplish your tank. They are in russian, but you may use any web translator to figure out the steps needed, it's simple, and requires only the basic knowledge of Photoshop. PM me about any comments. Thanks. P.S.
