What are you trying to prove here? Tanki is filled with immature little kids who don't understand anything about anything. Personally I don't care if there is refund or not (I don't play Tanki, and if I do, it's probably because I have nothing else to do -_-). But I bet 90% of the people asking for refunds are asking because someone said "Hey, there's an physics update, refund?". Not because they necessarily believe a refund is required, but because they agree with an idea that is circling around.
When I see Tanki, I see a sad excuse for a multiplayer game. In my experience a multiplayer game is only fun if the community is good. Take Minecraft for example, I probably have more hours in Minecraft than at school. I enjoyed it so much because the community was mostly made up of friends which I had a lot of fun with. And if I joined a public server most of the people I found were genuinely fun to play with. I don't remember the last time I played in a Single player Minecraft world, because for me, Minecraft is fun because of it's multiplayer. Another example is Dota 2, a completely different style game from Tanki and Minecraft. I've been enjoying Dota a lot. Every game I join I'll find passionate players who are willing to work together with me to win that game. I love being support in Dota because the support is the most valuable player, everyone counts on the support to play correctly. And when I play correctly I get congratulated and we win the game.
I can't find anything in Tanki that unites players. It's just like a crappy Tank version of CoD. But CoD is a much larger game with much more to experiences with other players.
Of course I can't say too much about Tanki because I haven't participated in any Clans or Teams. If that changes the feel of the game then that's great, but I haven't experienced that yet (and probably never will).
I kind off went off topic with the subject at hand. But back to topic, the players want a refund because they are bored and want new things. A refund sounds like something everyone will enjoy, maybe it's not such a bad thing. But don't make it something people vote on, remember it's not you that's developing the game. Final decisions should always be done by the developers, but that doesn't mean it can't be influenced by players.
