there is TTT(tankstestingtool) which allows you to load any map, use any weapon/hull, and you can change the stats, so you can make hornet 3x faster, or make its braking speed so fast you flip when you stop. you can also make your own weapons/hulls for it, but thats(well, for anyone who doesnt know how to do it) a bit hard.
