I spent time and money for purchase what I purchased and for earn that EXP and rank up and then they just come and remove from me some upgrades, EXP and Ranks and they give me almost 8.000 cristals that is not even the amount of cristals from all my upgrades? Give me back everything, you're wrong, I've never sabotage anything and never received a warning or at least give me the correct amount of cristals, you're stealing my money.

I was checking my e-mail today and I receive this message: Then... I log-in into my account and I lost my Hornet m3, my Freeze m2, my Shaft m1... then I look at my EXP and I was 120.000 from Marshall, now I'm 3 ranks from Marshall and I receive almost 8.000 cristals that is not even the cost of Hornet m3, I spent money on this game long time ago for get Hornet m3 and time for upgrade freeze and shaft. ¿Why this happened to me? If you're going to steal my upgrades and ranks at least give me the correct amount of cristals that I use and spent.

Yes, but the 75% of the "Reset Tokens" problems are for this thing, you can not run one computer name in two computers, and this is for that... there are other problems that cause "Reset Tokens" but, this is the one that most users have because they do not know that you can only run one computer name per computer. And I'm gonna tell you something, I was getting this error when I start using WhatPulse because I had a computer name working in two computers, when I fix that, I didn't get more "Reset Tokens"...

I see that some people have problems because they use two computers or more and they want to have WhatPulse, but... they get errors like "Error happened, please Reset Tokens" and here's the solution for that: Step 1: Open the Home Page of WhatPulse (Obviously Log into your account) Step 2: Go to "My WhatPulse" and click on it... Step 3: Search the option called "Computers" and click on it... Step 4-1: In the box text that you have at the bottom put the Computer Name that you want for your new Computer...
