This happens to alot of people while they are in great battles with great funds and they are winning. Just know when the server restart is. Then you will be all good. So play a great battle when the server restart is not near. Good Luck.

As selena said have you done that. Also try clearing your cache. Try another browser.

If you keep sending them emails they just move you to the end of the line. Once you recieve an email back saying your ticket number is lets just 12 that means you are after 11 other tickets so be patient.

Lots of people get this problem and the devs are doing maintenance on this right now as i am replying to this. Please be patient. In time this will be all be fixed. Watch your capitals you will also get a ban for that.
