I never said that SHAFT was invincible. The point is that SHAFT makes the game unplayable. Face it ! Tanki is a low tech tank game which relies on it's simplicity and speed of action for it's popularity, and SHAFT has changed the dynamic of Tanki to it's detriment.

I can only believe that your alleged success is due to the fact that you play with noobs. Maybe it's because nobody notices a creepy little Isida Hornet and they have more valuable targets. He's probably concentrating on something that is shooting at him.

For those of you denying that SHAFT has become a plague upon CTF games in Tanki, please explain the benefits of a weapon that turns the player into a paperweight with 180HP. How many Mammoth Shafts have you seen capture a flag? I agree that multiple Shafts present a challenge. They challenge my capacity to enjoy the game. Games which used to flow have now become stagnant pools of tedious frustration. How many times do I have to hit the Shaft with my M3 Thunder ? Worst case he has a Mammoth hull with 200 Health and Emerald paint. My maximum HP is 46 . 40% off because of the Emerald and I'm down to 27.6 HP. Divide the 200 by 27.6 and thats about 7.25 . That means I have to shoot the Shaft 8 times before he is destroyed. With double armor that is 15. Throw in an obliging Isida and the number is more like 20+. Even an M2 Dictator without paint takes me 2 shots to kill. SHAFT only has to hit me once. SHAFT has a sniper scope. SHAFT does not dodge behind cover. Did I mention he only has to hit me once. Has the game become dull and annoyingly repetitive because SHAFT kills you time and again ? Is it impossible to capture flags because there are multiple Shaft shooting anyone who tries ? Are you tired of SHAFT ruining games ? Have you considered playing something else because of SHAFT? If you have answered yes to these questions let Tanki know and reply to this message. Meanwhile I suggest we boycott battles when SHAFT has made them unplayable. Leave the battle ; it is not worth your time.

Because shaft is overpowered the games have become increasingly dull . Why do you allow shaft to become paperweights that only slow the game down..? Why would anyone want to sit in a corner for an entire game? After being shot dead multiple times without the ability to reply most people just quit; and they should. What skill is involved with shaft? I wonder what the idea behind shaft was; perhaps you can inform me , for I feel you have made a mistake.
