I thought i would start this topic as i thought that introducing the system of buying xp was a good decision. However, Is this system going to stay with us or will it be gone by the end of possibly January? I don't honestly keep up with all the latest Tanki online info but if any could reply to this that would be helpful. ;)

I have written to them and have answered all questions they asked me. After, they replied with this: Hello! Your application has been received. Its consideration will take from 1 to 30 days - depending on the workload of the technical support. Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to the e-mail, from which we received the application. However, can i be sure that i can get my account back? Has anyone had to do this before? If so did you get your account back and how quickly?

I have been a long time player of Tanki Online however it has been a while since i last played so i thought it would be nice to play again. So i started it up and i logged in but it said this: "Your account has been suspended for game rules abuse. If you are sure that you were wrong please write to help@tankionline.com. I was very angry about this as i cannot think of a single reason why i must of been banned. Please if anyone could help me get my account back that would be great, Thankyou.

I think i've just totally wasted my crystals (1500) on 100 balloons, when there have been much higher ranking pple who have got over 1000 If it would be possible i would be really pleased if i could get refunded :(
