Meanwhile you can try Standalone Flash-Player, you may come across a "Fatal Error" which can be fixed by using the links I provide on the bottom, You don't have to put them all just one, however I suggest putting another in case the servers get full. Hmm, you're internet isn't a problem. Try this though. Go to the Standalone Flash-Player via link and download it. If you come across the "fatal error" use this the link that I will provide you in the bottom Cheers!

Tanker, if I understand correctly you're asking why you didn't get all the crystals from the battle fund, here is why. You don't get all the crystals from the battle fund, the fund is equally distributed to everyone at the end of the match, the higher the score or kills the more crystals you get. Follow this link for further information. Lets say the battle fund was 1000 I had 50 kills and another person ad 50 kills I would get 500 and the other person would get 500. If I didn't answer what you wanted I am sorry I don't completely understand what you're saying.

Dear tanker, please check out this forum Here. If that doesn't work then that means you're computer doesn't support the graphics either because its old or the graphics card is outdated and TankiOnline's graphics are to advanced. Cheers.

Don't worry, if you bought the crystals while the triple crystals where available for you it should still be tripled if you get you're crystals.

If it didn't work then why did the $20 transaction out of the card, I suggest you contact @Yele if you havn't.

I don't think you're stubborn, to be honest i'd be raging if I spent $20 to find out its gone and I got nothing :). Also I was suggesting things I wasn't commanding you to do it, lol. By the way give help@tankionline.com at least 24-hours to respond unless its past 24 hours.. And I don't think its the card that's the matter but something else.
