Yeah the simple full charged shot and a quick shot being able to take out an m3 mammoth, but that was when shaft was overpowered and too many players complained about this. Maybe it is just karma that it's strength got decreased... Shaft pretty much has to be a support weapon, it's useless in attack, adequate in defense but still requires at least another tank to help out with defending but it's probably best at deterring enemies ( stopping them from approaching you as nobody wants to get damaged) or covering one spot. ( Only thing shaft noobs are good at...)

Shaft requires a good team to cover for it, it does damage tanks quite well but after one shot, it's defenceless. That's mainly why I don't like it. If nit doesn't take out a tank, it's basically dead unless you have a good team or someone to cover and most of the time, you won't have that certain luxury

Let's admit it, it's BAD. If it could take out m3 medium hulls then it would be better and balanced in my opinion ( no way of changing that though) plus they took out one of it's abilities, shooting through gaps. Shaft is still usable but not great

never bought anything! :D I hate noob buyers who can buy loads of drugs yet not be able to use the tank very effectively but I don't find it difficult to face buyers ( but against druggers, yes)

People say the smoky upgrade from m2 to m3 i bad, but at m3, smoky is still a formidable weapon. I wouldn't be so sure for both thunder and shaft

They're 'okay' at higher ranks especially m2 shaft but shaft m3 is just as bad as thunder in terms of difference between m2 and m3. It can only destroy wasps and hornets and critically injure medium hulls so they're a bit weak but can still be used effectively

This game isn't one worth raging over, sure dying loads of times gets a bit annoying but not as annoying as losing a battle on Tanki when your team were full of noobs

m1 thunder is the most over-powered gun at m1 ( besides freeze and twins). Two shots at close range can kill an m1 hornet and 3 or 4 shots pratically kill any hull m1 twins is good, but very expensive to upgrade to m2. It's a good turret but provides extremely BORING gameplay and wouldn't recommend getting it unless you only play to win and enjoy winning. I like m2 twins but I would prefer something like railgun over it as rail requires a lot more skill to use and that in itself is more rewarding than just holding spacebar and aiming at enemies

Complicating the game is not very good, especially with MU being introduced, players have enough on their minds to think about

Inferno is not that great for a paint, never should you really buy freeze protection as most of the time it's completely useless and you'll still get killed nonetheless. What really kills you is how freeze slows you down, this means the freeze can charge up, circle around your tank and then freeze you again. Sure the freeze protection will help but it'll only be a matter of time before other players start firing at you and you'll get killed. Best thing to do is either save up for m3 railgun which is really good or a get a paint that protects you from mainly long ranged weapons as you'll be shot down quite easily by them.

Not true in my opinion, it's probably down to who drugs, who is not that great at staying alive a lot ( getting D/L's of less than 1.00), how many crystals they earn etc. Using isida isn't probably too good for increasing your rating, one of my accounts has a low rating because i used m2 isida pre-rebalance on it
