Earn crystalls by winning battles. Save them. Buy expensive stuff on sales. I've bought my Freeze M3 and Hornet M3 on sales and saved 7000 crystalls. Do you know what "inflation" is? :) Demand should always exceed the supply! I bet you've never heard about people buying virtual stuff in other online games for, say, $100.000. Tanki Online is kinda cheap.

Because all these sales are "surprises", you'll never get official information with fixed dates from the developers. But I can tell you about the nearest Russian holiday called "Russian Army day", and it's gonna be February 23-rd. I personally recommend you to be prepared ;)

In Tanki Online 2.0 there gonna be smth. called "modules" that would give you different bonuses when installed. E.g. speed.

My personal favorite is Twins.

What types of games do you really play? Deathmatches? TDM? CTF? If CTF, what role do you like to play? Caper? Midfield? Defender? What maps do you want to play? Fort Knox2? Island? Sandbox? Tribute? Kungur? Silence? What weapons and modifications do you have? Thunder M3? Ricochet? Freeze? What hulls do you have as alternatives? Like Dictator M3 or smth.? What paints do you have? Are you a druglord, or you usually play without drugs? Do you have a no-supplies pass? Only knowing answers on these questions people can give you a descent advice.

Mammonth is especially good with Thunder when playing Deathmatches. Also talking about paints, the more HPs you have, the more bonus from paint you get. So Mammonth is an excellent choice! But it really lacks speed :( From the other hand, if you can afford buying Mammonth M3 + Prodigi you may spend some crystalls later on on Dictator to get some tickets for fast driving :lol:

Beta testing of Tanki 2.0 was rescheduled for late March. Sad, but true.

Developer just changed the algorithm of counting. Now it takes into account not only ppl in battles, but also ppl that are chatting and choosing a battle.

That depends on what you want. Isida M0 is useless for killing and even for your teammates in CTF, but if playing with highlevels it is good for getting high scores and hence earning crystalls and experience points. I personally recomment getting Isida M2 for CTF and skipping underpowered M0 and M1 modifications. Firebird M3 is powerful weapon for killing tanks, but Twins even M2 is very good for keeping Isidas, Firebirds and Freezes at bay. So I recommend going for Twins M2 and upgrading it to M3 as soon as possible.

Firebird M3 has more damage per second, than Freeze M0-M1. It inflicts 120 h.p. of damage, which is enough to kill Titan or Dictator and reloads in 10 secs (as opposed to 20 and 17 secs for Freeze M0-M1). So Firebird M3 is much more powerful weapon than Freeze M0-M1, though Freeze is still fun to play.

Imho the best combo at Sergeant-Major is Wasp + Twins. Later you may replace Wasp with Hornet, Viking or may be Dictator if you planning to participate in clan movement. This combo rules up to WO5 or even higher. And because Twins M3 is so cheap you will be able to save crystals for your next-gen guns like Thunder, Ricochet and Freeze.

Find Twins is overpowered? Buy it and use it! :lol:

If selecting from M0 Freeze or Ricochet I prefer Twins M3 for 700 crystalls. It is much more powerful, it can slow down enemy tanks pretty much like Freeze and has unlimited ammo as opposed to Ricochet. Good choice for using up to WO-5.

If selecting fast tanks and a caper role in CTF games, then Firebird + Wasp will be a perfect decision for lowranks. It is much more effective than going for Twins M0 or M1, which are are very weak and therefore pretty useless. Upgrading to Twins is a good idea, but it's better to upgrade at least to M2. High speed of Wasp and 40+ meters reach for Twins makes Twins + Wasp combination very potent in terms of winning battles and stealing flags in CTF. BTW Twins M3 is a good gun up to WO-5 or smth, so it's a good investment. If playing with Twins, Wasp should be replaced for Hornet or Viking at later stages.

IMHO using Izida in long CTF battles is the easiest way to earn experience and crystalls. It is also fairly cheap. Use it with fast hulls like Wasp or Hornet. In general it's a good idea to play really long battles, e.g. for 999 kills. If you start from very beginning and will play actively till the end there's a good chance to earn a lot of experience and crystalls. Most of your adversaries will not play till the end, many low-ranks will join the battle just to collect boxes with crystalls, so they gonna be easy targets.

If you use Wasp or Hunter then go for Izida M1. That way you'll be able to earm more crystalls.
