Dear tankionline

Hi my user "gerbentjedekiller" has been hacked for over a month now. I sent my email to recover my account over 40 DAYS ago. Well recently i became blocked for using "third party software". This was after i sent my application. Now tanki is saying Recovery is IMPOSSIBLE! Do they relize that i had a hacker on my account who told everyone my password? Do they relize that the hacker told other people to hack it? So why cant i recover my account. This i cannot understand and is terribly unfair. I want a staff of tanki to give me a soulotion because now i have to start all over again. Please help me.

The only people who can help you is the support desk help@tankionline.com , write them another email and explain that you had reported your account as stolen (reference the first email)
