I want this game got paid!

Seriously. Something like a 20$/month fee.

I really like this game.

But I got extremely tired of mults, mults, mults ... everywhere. Spoiling the game everywhere, every time, obstructing the play, hampering teammates.

Ok, let them mult but with $$$ ...

Or leave them mult for free and banish the paying players ...

Well - the choice is yours.

There are very young kids who play this game, you two. How do you think they would feel if one day they could not play on their favorite game because some greedy people wanted to generate some more revenue?

Tanki is great in the fact that it is free for everyone.

Think about others, please.

I think that the main point here is that because of MULT and ISIDA hack cheats - you can work hard and be skillful for an hour or 2 in a single game, NEARLY get to the point of winning a satisfying amount of crystals, then some hack (or organised team of cheats) come in and steal it all in 10 minutes.

I can not understand fair-minded players who attempt to justify this atrocious situation. Every time it is raised however; mark my words - someone attempts to defend it.

This is of course theft, and although I understand that there are only a finite number of developers etc - it would be better for the devs to concentrate on making the game more cheat-proof, than making it look prettier (e.g. 'snow' maps etc).

As a software developer - I favour 'function' over 'form' any day (better it being ugly and works - rather than pretty and only 'looks like it works' and /or has major bugs).

If the map system works like others (such as Unreal Tournament) then the map is formed out of a 'solid' block - it should not have 'space' inside a building to enable 'sprites' (tanks) to enter. Maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong with that (different with 'Flash'?), if I'm not wrong - who designed these maps and took the large amount of extra effort to form spaces inside buildings; and for what reason?

The MULT cheating is SIMPLE to solve - no problem - no huge outlay, simple logic can 'catch-out' 90% of this, and even automatically warn / ban players that do it (so little manual employee intervention will be required).

This MULT and ISIDA hack cheating is endemic in TANKI - no-one can argue against that (I experience it in probably 75% of all maps I play). And yes - it massively detracts from the enjoyment of an otherwise great game. I could enjoy it 100%, but due to cheats - I enjoy it only 25%: what a waste.

It seems to me that maybe the UK has a different culture of 'fair play'. If this game was being run by a UK company - the company would have been investigated by now by Trading Standards due to the kids being ripped-off (by the cheats - not by TANKI Online).

The company would then be forced to re-evaluate their 'priorities'.

Look at it another way: if I could get the funding, and developed and released a similar game (with good cheat traps etc) - which game do you think the 8 million members would play - mine or TANKI?

It make's good business sense to sort this mess out, but somehow; such cheating does not seem to be a priority to TANKI Online.

(And by that, I mean PRIORITY; 'snow' maps are definitely not a feature that I would regard as more important than anti-cheat measures).

It would be a real boon for TANKI Online if it gained more UK / European players, alas - with it's reputation - that will not change anytime soon.

That's my penneth-worth (and for the sake of TANKI Online - because I really do like this game).

As for becoming a paid game; I don't agree - the balance from that perspective is good as it is (I do pay for crystals anyway - my choice), allowing others to not pay if they wish is a good business model.

I love how this game is very balanced unlike other games for example Zyngas (facebook) games like farmville and cityville, Here you can get anything for free that you can buy, it just takes more time because Time = Money :) (on facebook you either pay for rare items or you dont get them:bottom line)

Who ever made this game thought this out very well and didn't just think about the the profit! I salute you devs and other people that work behind this game to provide us with the fun we have every day on all 26 servers that have 8,000,000 registered players :)

I just hope that more people find out about this awesome game! :D

Thanks for all comments.

I see you don't understand the problem, except one of you so far. But it is my fault, as I have not defined what a MULT does mean.

Definition: MULT is :

Variant 1. A player that has additional accounts used concurrently in the same game with the primary account, with the purpose to activate the dummy account(s) on the opposing team on the same game as the primary account, in order to benefit the primary account;

Variant 2. A player who plays with his/hers primary account, but is passive or hampers teamplayers for the benefit of his friends at the opposing team;

So to reformulate my statement:

Lets everybody at this game pays a fee, so one always is at loss and/or not utilizing properly his primary account, measured in cash as $, as ill-used monthly fee, if uses any of the the above schema.

However the truth is that : Fundamentally the game play design is wrong, regarding the jackpot battle reward - but this is another topic, check my previous posts if you are interested why.

The whole big seller of Tanki is that it's free; as a game where you have to pay, it's not that good. I wouldn't play it if it weren't free. Alternative solutions would be needed to solve the mult problem.

Everyone who has posted here knows what a mult is, Mokpama.

Tanki will lose a large amount of its population if it becomes a game where a monthly subscription is required. (I myself would be one of the deserters.)

We are all human; and being thus, we are all subject to errors. Some make more serious mistakes than others. Even if the game does "get paid," people will still mult, only with their friends' accounts.

Something tells me that RedSlayer thinks that cheats, hacks, and Scammers don't exist in the UK. The unfortunate reality is that the do exist there, just like in any other country across the globe.

Sorry to burst your bubble of innocence, but criminals were the reason those regulatory agencies were formed by your government.

Just make people use an email when they are registering an account :) It is hard to have more then 1 email these days, i personally think that this would prevent people from having multiple accounts in the future :)

Who agrees with me? :D

Mokpama_rapra, can I ask you three questions:

1. Do you seriously think that tanki would make a profit if it suddenly became a paid game?

2. What percentage of the active tanki playerbase do you think will quit the game if it switched to becoming a paid game?

3. With such a vast fall in members, how would tanki be able to regain their popularity as their main target audience (young teenagers who prefer browser-based to console games and can't pay much cash, if any, into the game) will be gone?

I agree with all the people who say Multing is a big issue, but has to be solved in other ways. More serious bans would be a start.

Another thing that must be changed is the player change weapon and enter in battle after he knows what is the gun/paint of the opponent.

He see that i use rico and get back to the garage to get his paint with rico protection.

The game become in/out players to get advantage against enemy team.

Its only me that thinks this is really boring? Where is the funny/challenge to play like this?

I say that again, tankionline must change that gameplay.

Just stop whining and keep it to yourself. If you want to play better quality games then just buy crystals with real money, get all m3 instead of making people pay for the game. Life is going to be unfair. Try to make it fair for everyone not just you :XD:
