1.When The Requirements For Participation Stated That We Have To Put Our Name On A Piece Of Paper To Prove That We Got The Pictures If We Decide To Get A Picture Of The Internet And Use For The Contest Would We Have to Edit It In So It Will Still Count?

 

2.If So, Because We Do Not Know The Location (Unless It Is Given To Us Somehow.) Can We Put "Location Internet" And Still Be Allowed To Participate?

You can't use a pic off the internet. It has to be you. See the russian contest page for examples.

Your work should be made specially for this contest. To prove this all tankmen are to have their usernames written in a piece of paper in the picture.
