This game is a waste of time

I was playing deathmatch in desert map, and the game was too long, and the fund was 2380 Crystals, and before 2:30 hours from the game end I have more than 1000 kills and I was the only player after all the other players leave the game, and then a problem happened in the server and it gave me connection closed, and after I reconnect I didn't find the game and the 2380 crystals disappear

 

I contact the help@tankionline.com immediately and I sent to them the game link, but I didn't get any response from them

 

I write here after I see the disrespect from them and how they deal with the players, and I can't imagine that more than 5 hours are wasted for nothing

The server resets every day at about 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

 

I would assume that your escapades ended because of the daily maintenance, and this has probably happened to everyone playing around that time at least once.

 

Short story shorter: Figure out what time of day the server resets for you, and avoid long grinds that would end after that time.
