you must send an e-mail to help@tankionline.com with these info (i took them from a reply they sent to me)

 

1. Your callsign (nickname);

2. Info about your payments (if you have ever donated), including payment system you used and cellphone number, if you payed through SMS.

3. Also we need to know, whether you've got players that are registered through your referral link (their nicknames).

4. Tell us the e-mail address that you used when you registered the account.

5. Do you belong to a clan (if yes, which one)?

6. Have you ever been banned/punished and for how long and when?

7. When was the last time you accessed the game successfully.

8. Where do you play from (country, city)?

9. And finally, what are your last purchases in the garage (except battle-supplies)?

but they take weeks to reply,so if you do this be patient....... :(
