Dear players, Game Moderators, Administrators please read this!

First of all, this is not a discuss about Moderator work.

 

On March 7th I came in game forum from my account (Krishus). I went to English forum part "Complaints" there I saw about 5-8 topics called "TankiOnline". Well, I opened some of them. In those topics where links, well, I clicked on one of those links. It was in Russian, there you should enter your nick and password, and rank, I don't know Russian language very good, but I tried to read what does it say's in there, I understand ed that, It offer's a possibility for you to get a free crystals, then I filled all the forms, I clicked to next, then it was in Arabic ( I guess, those where Arabic letters). Then I understand ed that it was a some kind a fake. ( I also entered information there about my smaller account brunrupucis, and I lost it too).

Next thing what happened was me banned forever :? for phishing ( I will say it once more this is not a discuss about Game Moderator's work), same thing on my smaller account.

Dear Tanki team, I understand that it is my fault If I click to link's like that in somewhere else, than not in game forum. Please, try to understand this: I came to game forum, see a lot of equal topics, open link in topic and I get banned for that for phishing. What I'm trying to say here is: where is my fault in this situation - that link was in game forum, Game Administrator's or Moderator's should take care of it, I got banned forever, and almost ( I lost one, almost lost my main one too :? ) My main account, for just clicking a link which was in game forum, where is my fault, how could I know that it contents something forbidden ? :shock:

 

What I want from You , dear Game Administrator or Moderator, who banned me, please, at least make that ban smaller, I just don't understand in this situation, where is my fault? :?:

Why I clicked on that link? : 1) Most important - it was in game forum, so it should be safe, 2)There is/are a some kind a webpage/s, and trough them you can get a free crystals on Tanki ( I read about that in game forum, but in my country, there isn't or is a very less chance to get crystals), that webpage which was in that link was totaly unseen, so that's why I wanted to try it out, 3) Hard to describe: it's like one player put's a link in somewhwere, other's click on that link, player who putted link in get's bonuses, that explains, to me, why their where those 5-8 equal topics.

 

After I got banned forever on my both acconts I went away from Tanki for some hours, later when I got back home and logged in skype I read message form my friend"what the hell I did ", he gave me a adress where you can see all the acounts which have been hacked, I wont put that adress in here, we all understand why :wink: , but I can give it in PM to Game Moderator's and Administrator's. I will put screenshot from that adress (The password which is on that screen isn't a real on to my acc anymore).

 

Thanks to my friend, not to help@tankionline.com this time I got my main account Krishus, back, but I lost brunrupucis,, by the way I wrote a message to help@tankionline.com at the same day after my accounts got hacked(March 7th) and no one has answered to me yet (March 14th). But at least I have my main account back.

My other friend lost his accout to ... a moth ago I wrote a message to Game Communicate Manager Ksenia Ignatevia , yes we all understand, that she is a busy person, but more than a month and no answer from her. :!:

I strongly believe that, I'm not the only one who lost an account/ s and got banned forever in March 7th clicking on link called "TankiOnline" in game forum.....

I also was witness for this case.So i think i have right to reply here.I also saw these topic named " Tankionline" in complaint section.I thought it was new version of tanki link (or) new tanki blog link (or) test server link or something.Then i clicked that link and it took me to weird webpage.Unfortunately,i understand russian language a little.I read this site.This site seen like scam website that made by hackers.Then i didn't fill anything and just closed it.If someone who doesn't understand russian language,he may click next button or click some link there.After this case,i learn something that even tanki forum is not save now.I don't see these topic now,may be someone already deleted them.

 

I have screenshot of this website and site address.I don't post here to avoid some problem.Admin and mod may already know this site.

 

For above screenshoot of OP,В Контакте is not hacker website.It is just russian social network like facebook or twitter.But раздача аккаунтов в танки онлайн is hacker group that make on social network.They hack account and share there.And they use cheat or break rules of tanki until this account get blocked.

 

I spent a lot of money for this game(even for two accounts).But this game has a lot of hackers,mults and server lag.I get more problem then fun for playing this game.Please fix these problem to care about your customers.

Huh, yea, right tell to help@tankionline.com well You know I told them, that my account is under attacks of fu£$*&g no&bs more than a week ago, but no answer from them yet, thanks to my friend at least I got my main accont back, but lost my second one, I really haven't seen a one player who's happy with help@tankionline.com work. I'm just saying it I'm not discussing Moderators work.
