You know that akward moment, the gold box is falling, and your internet is working great, but you still get that most hated message of Tanki Online:

 

 

There will maybe be questions about this subject, suggestions or complaints, but I will try to get rid of those by creating an useful, original and clear topic about this painful subject.

Questions:

 

• Why do I get disconnected?

• When do I get disconnected?

Answers:

 

1. Why do I get disconnected:

 

There are a few options:

 

• Your internet has turned off of you can not connect your wi-fi anymore

• You have been caught right or wrong by the anti-cheat system

• You can not connect

http://tankionline.com because the server failed for your connection.

 

If your internet has turned off, try to turn the internet off and on again. Most of the time this will help to get your internet back. Also you can break down your connection on your pc itselfs and get your connection back. This helps for me most of the times. The last but less occuring reason is that your internet provider has a failure or you have been disconnected from the internet for what reason.

 

2. When do I get disconnected?

 

This question is roughly said a bit the same as the last one above this one, but I can explain it;

 

You get disconnected when:

 

• Your internet has turned off of you can not connect your wi-fi anymore

• You have been caught right or wrong by the anti-cheat system

• You can not connect

3. How do I get disconnected?

 

The disconnection is not a very hard process, I can explain it in a few steps:

 

1. Your internet falls off or you can not connect Tanki Online anymore

2. All tanks start spinning, you can not send any chat messages anymore, you can not enter the garage or the battles anymore, etc.

3. After that, you get the message "Connection closed by server".

 

4. How do I recognize that I am being disconnected?

 

You can recognize this, because of the reasons I gave you up here:

 

1. Your internet falls off or you can not connect Tanki Online anymore

2. All tanks start spinning, you can not send any chat messages anymore, you can not enter the garage or the battles anymore, etc.

3. After that, you get the message "Connection closed by server".

 

5. What is "Connection closed by server"?

Suggestions:

 

If I say suggestions, I mean that I will give you suggestions to get rid of the disconnections.

Suggestion 1:

 

Try to clean your browse cache. Maybe this sounds a bit discouraging, but this got me playing from 5 minutes without a disconnection to 15 minutes without a disconnection. How to clear your browser cache

 

Suggestion 2:

 

Try to clean your Flash cache. This also helped me to play 15 minutes without a disconnection. How to clear your Flash cache

 

Suggestion 3:

 

Try switching to another browser. List of almost all browsers

 

Suggestion 4:

if you have great connection and you get "connection closed by server", its because tanki servers crash or fail or even kick you out randomly, not because you lost connection to your internet.

It took me about 40 minutes to write and I've not copied anything from others, I only used my own knowledge.

This guide is good, but it is not great.

Much can be improved.

 

For example...You repeat yourself many times!

 

Victim to server loss: "Why does connection fail?"

You: SPINNING TANKS ._.
