if you mean this topic, then its the first link(underneath the picture of a tanki with smoky XT).

 

when you have it(dont know what happens when you download it, i never have), click on "config"(it should have a flashplayer symbol on it, if it doesnt, then open flashplayer debug)then click open and go thorugh your directorys till you reach the place where tankiviewer is, then click on the .swf file which should be called Tankiviewer then click open, and soon it should open.

 

the defualt tank and weapon is smoky M0 +wasp M0 and green paint.

to change the view, click and drag with the mouse.

to change paint, use C and V.

to change weapon, use A and S.

to change hull, use Z and X.

to rotate the turret, use either numpad 4-6 or the left and right arrow keys.

type in the numbers which are in the picture into the box underneath:

(the numbers shouldnt be the same as in that picture)

then click the green button underneath the text box and it should download.
