PayPal is not going to refund you. You paid for something which is considered "intangible goods and services".

I know, it sucks. The only way to try to influence the administration to do something beyond the banning of the cheaters is to create an organized protest on one of the major social media websites like Facebook so there will not be any new players coming to the game with the real money, only cheaters and their multiple accounts. You can also stop playing on the arenas which are hacked and/or stop playing "Capture the flag" scenario all together.

I made a suggestion how to deal with the problem, but my topic got trolled by the cheaters who didn't like my solution: http://forum.tankionline.com/posts/list/113613.page Strangely enough I didn't find any support from the moderators either. It may be a pure coincidence or maybe some of the members of administration are involved in cheating as well.

In all honesty you really did not suggest anything, although the whole pyramid scheme was deliciously clever.

Moderators cannot help you in that situation my friend.

 

And why would the administration hack their own game?

To steal the fund from their paying customers?

You didn't read carefully what I suggested. My idea was to start banning not only the cheaters themselves but also those who send an invitation to a person was cheating and who got banned.

 

I don't have any proof that somebody among the administration is involved in cheating although it's a common knowledge that at least some of them have multiple accounts. The reason of having somebody bringing crystals to your account is to be able to buy drugs so you can break almost any defense in any game no matter how good the other guys are. Sometimes the daily bonus is obviously not enough.

It appears as if his point is that he should not HAVE to deal with it or try to avoid it, it simply should not exist. But here in this Wonderland we call Tanki Online it does exist, and the cheaters go on and on and on. Tanki is making some progress in this area, but as long as there are members of the community who tolerate and support the cheaters and hackers, it will keep going. It's up to the community to put up enough fuss to draw it to Tanki's attention, and it looks like that is beginning to work. Soon, those who have and do support it will be squealing like pigs at the slaughter house and they will have to go find another game to try to ruin for honest players who are just trying to have fun. And yes, there are still TONS of cheaters and hackers in the Silence/Silence II games.
