So, I DIDN'T GET MY CRYSTALS TODAY. I logged on yesterday(my time) around 12:30AMUTC, and got my daily bonus. I understand that there was no crystals then, but when i logged on again at 11:38AMUTC to try to get my crystals, THERE WASN"T ANY. Any ideas?

Didn't get crystal bonus on this account nor my marshal. I checked the daily bonus at 8 which is the usual time it comes, then they said the crystal bonus will come after update which is 9. I checked but didn’t receive so they had another update. So I went to sleep. The next day I check on this and marshal and I didn’t get anything. I checked my other noob account where I didn’t check bonus and I got both bonus and crystal bonus… So I guess for the next 4 days I wont be able to get any crystal bonuses since they have to be 5 consecutive days and if u miss one, u wont get for the rest correct? Thanks for promising to give something to EVERYONE but giving it only to some. Reminds me of something. Let me see… uhhh… oh yeah the 5 minute sale for feb 23. :lol: Thank you, thanks a lot. :roll: :roll:

 

 

P.S. out of these 20,000 accounts that were blocked for "cheating", I bet at least 5k were innocent and did nothing but it detected them as cheating for some reason. I know at least 6 people who got blocked for cheating even though they never did. Nor shared accounts with others... :roll: :hunf:

First of all, why should I say thanks when they without a reason block accounts?? So many people who would never cheat and never did got blocked for cheating.Of course you're happy; you got your crystal bonus. ;) Even if it isn't much, I was looking forward to it and they promised yet hundreds of people didn't receive anything. And I'm 100% sure I haven't got anything because I have the same amount as I had yesterday. Without a doubt, Tanki prefers some over others and the lucky ones receive. As for the unlucky ones, they get stuck with nothing. :lol:

the only reason some did not take crystal is a glitch because they played before the update!

Ever heard of the brilliant concept of 'fixing' glitches like your suppose to? Do you realize how silly your statement is of people not getting crystals because they simply played the game?

 

Everyone should be treated equally if they are a fair player. In the mean time, i'll wait patiently and hope that the glitch is fixed and i get some crystals out of this.

Why am I unallowed to collect the confiscated goods, while the other players who logged on later get to receive all the benefits?

 

It shouldn't have to be that the early bird gets no worm, while the later birds get all the worms! :evil:

We got our bonus after 5am (the scheduled update) but there were no crystals. They came after the second server update, which ended just before 7am.

So it IS admins faulit-first for being late, and second for cocking this up badly.

The whole problem is the “Log on at specific times spread over 5 days” thing that you are doing. If you just did the math and gave each user a lump sum then all of this could be avoided because you wouldn’t have had to program hardly anything, it would just been put in the accounts all at once without any prerequisites.

 

It’s not too late to fix this, but please make sure that you get it right and everyone gets what you promised.
