Lost account

Please, dear tanki team, help.

 

I'm want to change my password, because a while ago, I gave it to one player from KSA, he's been playing my account, and I want it to stop. But, every time I click on the "change password or e-mail" button, I don't get the e-mail with the link.

 

That's not as bad, as my friend's problem. At least I can play.

My friend, (in tanki - Varonis) wanted to help me get my account back, so I gave him my password, so he'd try change it too. But the problem is, he had auto-save on, so aventualy, with time, he forgot his password, since he loged into my profile, he loged out of his, now he's stuck with nothing, because when he clicks on "Lost nickname or password" button, there pops up a " A letter with instruction was sent to your e-mail adress", but it isn't.

 

Why isn't tanki sending the recovery e-mails?

 

Please help.

Firstly this is a problem that you created by sharing accounts, and you deserved to be banned for it..

 

Sorry, we cannot help you here, send an email to help@tankionline.com telling them about your problem and they will assist you as soon as they can.
