I don't have a reason or intention to please You for anything...

 

Your software is in mistaken and in wrong way, without any reason, suspended my account

with the message:

 

"Your account was suspended for cheating".

 

So I demand of You to unblock my account, not please You.

 

Moreover I expect an apology from You, therefore I am not cheater,

and I doesn't use any kind of cheating software, or anything similar, EVER!

 

On the other hand, this message is in the first place invidious.

I am 46 years old, and nothing, nothing in my life I have not got

on the corrupt or fraudulent manner.

 

To chase me with this site, until now failed, nor cheaters or rather harsh rules of the game

(sometimes masochistic), but your act is something that was really hurt me

and injure me (on pure human way).

 

With this action Your "smart" software is almost completely succeeded to repel me.

Indeed I am deeply disappointed.

 

I expect your fast response, and of course an apology.

I am sorry this has happen to you and wish that the innocent did not have to be put in this situation. Our anit-cheat system is not perfect as nothing is ever perfect. I just know that it is taking care of the ones that actually do hack and cheat the system, however a few that do not are becoming victim to it. Please accept the explanation that I have given and please email to the address I have provided.

Yea same thing happened to me so i sent a message to the help people and nothing has happened so my account is gone and to top it off i keep trying to log into it and it says the password is wrong so they must have changed it deleted it.

Actually it wasn't nothing changed. I still get the same annoying answer (when I try to log-on):

 

"Your account was suspended for cheating"

 

And of course there is no any answer in my inbox.

BTW. Your nickname is so symbolic. It resembles to the situation which I am placed,

(You know.. misery/miserable) without any reason, with this "smart" final solution.

 

This certainly should not have happened...

 

The most interesting of all is that this kind of harassment of people, represents

a new form of harassment and humiliation,

(but this time not by crooks&cheaters, but by developers and managers of TO).

 

It is a little too much, and that the main problem is not really solved, only disguised.

It is interesting, that of the vast number of messages, generated by spammers,

is even impossible to read or note this kind of appeals..

 

How indeed there are such cases?

 

Finally, did anyone, pay attention to these things except this voluntary moderator "MizARee"?

 

On this way things are not working.

 

Moderators in the chat try to care about it, to user not offend each other, but you can not afford comfort to humiliate and insult the innocent users on the same way for a such many days. Think about it for a while.

 

Whether the benefit, outweighs the harm?

 

Protecting, once it becomes non transparent for users,

and even to aggravating service , become to the user

the source of the problem by itself

to reaching and using a service,

then protecting become even bigger problem then threat.

 

For the user this protection ceases to be unusable, and for service provider also.

 

It seems to me that the role of this system is to protect the rights users of service,

not to remove them or driving them away.
