Irrepable Problem at Isida?!

In last time frequent that words in game chat '' i not want to play with isida '' and then they stop playing and not quit in battle. It is a normal? We, whose regular weapon is Isida what we do?

Example/ Today player '' aaaqqqsss '' stopped playing and not quit in battle for this reason, and we lost game + fond too. and when i asked him to why he not plays his answer was that: '' fack u ''

Are or not this problem irrepable? I not want to equip other weapon because some player hates Isida :!:
