"Pay and Win"

Do you have way too much money?

Do you have no idea what to waste your money on?

Tired of giving money to all the homeless people in Africa?

And are sick of being up to your ears in $100 bills?

Well fear not because tanki is here to help! Tanki would love to take all your money of your hands in exchange for some "special prizes". We call this event "Play to Win!" oh wait a minute... we mean "Pay to Win!". Here, in the month of may, we are going to have prizes for all those buyers with too much money! These includes laptops and phones! Yay

this is so unfair to all the people that don't pay. I would have greatly appreciated a discount then this stupid contest. I do agree it is "pay to win." Who agrees that a discount would have been more fair to all the players of tanki??

For the contest - it's a really good idea - finally we, the English community have a contest with prizes, different from crystals. But of course we have to buy them with real money.

I'll not take part in the categories with real money. For example, for the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201 + Dock, HTC One X., , we have to use real money.I was thinking of that, but look: For example, I participate for the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201 + Dock - I buy about 30000 crystals, which is about $200.But I can't be sure that a rich man, for example from the USA won't buy 50000 crystals and beat me (yes, I will have 30k more, but that's all...:D) So, you see, the chance is very small. For the HTC One X - I bought only 1 baloon, because I hope it will give me some bonus, like the Green Triangles from the 1st of April.I can buy many baloons - I have 1050 crystals, also yesterdsay I won 1000 more from the Crossword, so let's say I have 2000 crystals. The baloon costs 15, so I can give all my crystals for buying about 130 baloons - again I can't be sure that someone won't buy 1000 baloons and beat me.

So, we, the non-buyers can hope for the ASUS and the gaming keyboard.:D

And yes, we can call that contest 'Pay and win' (and you can pay, but still can't be sure that you will win!)

I'm 50% sure that the 1st Unmentioned Category is about the one who gets most crystals.

Btw, Buyers are really close to getting these 2 rewards

Smart Investor - the tankman who buys the highest amount of crystals. The prize - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201 + Dock. Bonus crystals for the DC card are not considered! For example' date=' if you buy 100 crystals, having a DC card in the garage, you get 200! But in the competition they will be counted only as 100 crystals. Beware! [/quote']

and

Balloon collector - the tankman with the largest number of "Balloon" objects in the garage. The prize - communicator HTC One X.

Just buy crystals, then buy balloons

This really should be somewhere else, i already posted my thought about how to win the asus ee pad and htc one x.

I think the calculation should be as follows:

price for ballooncollector is HTS one X

shopprice here is about € 529,- for htc one x.

if you want it, you have to spend something like €400,-.

Thats cheaper then in the store.

So buy for €400,- crystals = 533 dollar.

you get 78.000 crystals for that. whith DCC 156.000

buy balloons for that - 5200 balloons. with DCC 10400 balloons.

This is how a salesman should do it.

exlain to me why I would want to waste $450 on a phone if I wasnt rich already. The mouse costs over $120 0.o why in gods name do you need a mouse that expensive? (unless of course you are indeed... RICH)

Because the phone is 529,- in shop.

So you save money to buy it here for 400,- and maybey get more....htc one.

Honestly.... it's beginning to look like it would be cheaper to go out and buy one of these items that you really want by the brand name you really want than to buy all these crystals and get what they have. Just being truthful. I'm seeing people spend mega bucks on silly balloons! Of course, this revenue driven marketing is designed for one thing: Create cashflow for Tanki. Nothing wrong with being Russian capitalists, nothing at all. As long as you, the buyer, really understand what you are getting for your rubles (I meant dollars or Euros or British Pounds, what ever your currency is in your country). Here in the US we just call this the LOTTO, and you know what your chances are for winning that one. Think about it.
