Smoky XT was an unbalanced weapons costing 3950 crystals and unlocked at Warrant officer 1. The gun had the fire rate of an M3 smoky and even more damage than an M3 Thunder, however it only lasted 2 weeks and the crystals spent on it were not returned either.

Some said it was a test of M4 weapons which might be codenamed XT in the future. This was said to come out a little after the release of 2.0, so in other words if were to be true, it will NEVER come out.
