Considering only one shot hits your target, your doing 595 damage per minute for 36500 crystals. To put that in perspective, it is basically equivalent to an m3 smoky.

Ok ok so different projectile, but shot spread would need be random "shotgun" other wise it would be op'ed in mid ranged situations "drugged".

 

Also the "amount" of pellets fired need to gradually increase as you level it up.
