Ok so total 21 countries' date=' each having 5 factories. Lets say a country bets 1 factory every game, so the winner will have to win a total of 21 x 5 = 105 games, and that too consecutively. 1 game every week amounts to 105 weeks. This is rubbish.[/quote']

 

You forget one thing. One game a week for each country. with 21 countries, that means 10 games can happen each week. Which amounts to 10 weeks. :roll: Bigger bets and more games a week reduces the weeks - although the elimination of countries increases it again. So 10 weeks is what it probably will be.

 

Read the rules. The country that wins all factories, that is 105 (rest of world) + 5 (their own) wins. Why would a weaker country bet all say; 2, 3 or 5 factories. Everyone will play safe and bet no more than 1 factory. So according to that assumption (betting 1 factory per game), to win the tournament a country has to play MINIMUM 105 games.
