ATTENTION PLAESE!!!!

hello,i have a problem that whenever i put my username and password in login page and click PLAY, nothing happens.i cant login and the page remains as it is.

and most importantly, i cleaned my flash player many times (from this website - http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html)but does not work.i also tried many browsers-firefox,aurora,internet explorer and right now i am using google chrome.

any help would be appreciated.please tell me a solutionfrom your knowledge or experience.

I used to have the exact same problem. On whatever browser I try to log in. I was just clicking the "Play" button, and... nothing. Turned out, due to update or something, my Macromedia Flash Player settings were on "block websites from storing information". And in case its also on "never ask again" what to do, store automatically, ask first or deny by default, when you visit a site, you will never know the player has been prevented from storing. So do this please - go to the same page / link you've posted up here, and make sure the "Never ask again" box is unchecked in case the slider is also on set to "none". To put it simply - my problem was I was not allowing sites to store any data, plus i was not receiving notification for that, so allow the player to store data from sites you visited or allow it to ask you what to do. Uncheck the box, close the browser, open it again and then try on tanki.

@eddybegood....i went to that page and tried all the things and also i cannot perform the first step on that page because i cannt login.

@artty-the NEVER ASK AGAIN box was already unchecked and i made sure every setting is as shown in the picture....

can this problem be beacause i am using incognito window??????

Glad it worked, because since I had the same annoyance, I know how frustrating it can be. :lol: Maybe mods can take this "issue / problem" into consideration, formulate the solution a little better than I did and include it into the helpful steps, because it's very likely, more people soon or later may bump into such problem.
