hacker cheats

Hey fellow tankman.

 

2 days ago I was playing tanki. afther a smokey I turned my pc off to eat something. when i came back to play some more tanki I got a message: account suspended for cheating.

it was my main account: briagadier, all gunns, all tanks unlocked and I even had a nice paint on my tank.

so I contacted help@tankionline.com hoping they could help me. but they told me they think I hacked and dont want to unblock my account.

it took me 2 years of active playing to get this rank. now its just gone.

does someone has advice on what to do now or how i can proof them that I was not online at that time?

please help....

 

think about it, i could happen to annyone of you!

Accounts cannot be unlocked here, send a email to help@tankionline.com and supply the following information Recover hacked account.

 

Just the information that's requested - that's it. If they are convinced that you are the original account holder you will receive a reply - so it is up to you to prove that the account is yours.

they havn't changed the pass word.., thats the problem, I gues that why the support team think it was me...

but you think they will help, because I really dont want to start all over again

this is what i got back from the support team:

You can register a new account and start playing again, no longer violating the rules of the game.

But i have not cheted. and if i would have cheated then i would have taken an other account like my WO4 account instead of my brigadier account.

So i wonder, is this somekind of joke? or someone who really doesn't like me and their for does this to me or what?
