Smoky/Twins. The only problem with twins is that people tend to target you if your the only twins in a battle... because your weapon is too annoying for them to cope with. Smoky is a heck of a lotta fun though.

Thunder Freeze Ricochet and Shaft are already the same strength, that is the purpose.

 

But if the lesser guns were equal to them, then I would say Twins wins easily, or Smoky.

You should rephrase your question.

What do you mean by "same strength"?

Kills in certain period?

 

The weapons are more or less the same strength, maybe with the exception of smoky and firebird. Otherwise everybody would use only one weapon :)

 

Twins can deliver most continuous firepower in 21 seconds and more.

In short distance Freeze will kill many enemies most quickly.

In long open range thunder will cause most damage.

In long range where you can also hide the railguns is most effective

Shaft can destroy a tank in a moment from distance if it knows the spot of enemy appearance in advance ...

In middle (open?) range ricochet has a high chance to win ...
