When 2pay finishes the security verification, they will send you another e-mail and you should get the crystlas right away. I've used them to purchase game currency here and in other projects, they work fine.

My problem seems to have been with the fact that the regular AOL program can't read Cyrillic. Anyway, I opened it in Firefox, and ran it through a translation program. Here's what came up...

Yeah, since 2pay.ru takes up the risks of fraud - if there is a chargeback, they pay it and not game devs, they have a wait period. It is a common practice in PayPal exchange and it is there for a good reason - to protect merchants and game devs from loosing money on fraudulent transactions.
