tanki 2.0?

For the last time people! versions of software and games and what not do not work like that! They dont update until they reach 1.9 then they move onto 2.0.

the second numerical value (the 9 in 1.9) only represents a subcategory and has no influence on the first numerical value. Only when there is a complete revamp of the software do they increase that number. It can go from 1.7 --> 2.0 if they wanted or 1.9 --> 1.10 --> 1.11

To answer the original question, there is no given date of the release of 2.0, but tanki was over ambitious and set a date they would never be able to meet. Frankly, in my opinion... it aint gonna happen this year. Perhaps the original release date given was just a marketing ploy, of which tanki has been less and less subtle about

First, Tanki Online's birthday is on 04.06.

Second, it is stupid to think that 2.0 will come exactly on the birthday.

And third, if you look at the video here and in the info here, you will see that Tanki Online 2.0 won't come at once.It will be just upgrading a little pieces of 1.0, and the end of that upgrading will be 2.0.

And again, 2.0 can't come after a week, on the birthday - simply because we are still on upgrade 1.82, which is far away from 2.0.

There is no release date yet. The developers are working as hard as they can to get this done.

Ultra, have you noticed how there have been many updates recently? First, there was Update 1.5, then 1.6, then 1.75, and now 1.82. According to news released form the admins and testers, Tanki 1.0 will slowly be integrated into Tanki 2.0. A week ago, shadows were added to tanks. That is a step toward 2.0 graphics. For some reason, however, the shadows have been removed. =/

ProtegeAnu ur really very bad in math.

What? How in gods name did I use math at all in that. The closest thing I used where QUALITATIVE values which has very little, if any, relation to math itself.

I'm aware of how the game version is changing. I have played a few games where the same thing happened. I have also heard that a few months ago. The shadows were probably removed due to lag. Many players already lagged enough, and I am even starting to lag, which is a first. I am confident that the developers are working as much as they can to make the best game they can.

This is the reason why Google chrome's current version is "19.0.1084.52"

I'd say Tanki would work the same.

If there is a fixed release date, you will be informed about it.
