Increasing FPS and Decreasing Lag: How this can help!

Most people are having issues with FPS and lag. In fact, I am... ahem, WAS one of those people. I have a 4 year old laptop that was mid-range compared to the est of the market at the time. Unfortunately, computers have been getting much faster and newer OS updates is slowing the older computers down. Internet browsers are becoming more complex and are running needless crap while we are trying to enjoy our game. I do not take credit for this freeware, but I do present to you... Fluid!!! What it does is actually creates an application completely devoted to a single web page and does not run anything else! I used to run 15-22 fps on polygon, now I am flying at 33-40!!!
