*Connection Closed* - Important

Hello guys... on these days I'm having too many connection closed by server (5 in one day!).

 

I don't know what to do because I changed my password after the 2nd connection closed but when I am on the chat of Tanki the server close...

 

I tried to clear my cache, chronology, ecc.. but the problem is the same.

 

I don't think that someone enter in my account because all my statistics are the same and my password is very hard..

 

So what can I do to fix this? :(

 

I think it can be a connection problem and probably others players have my situation.

I don't think internet is the problem because I can surf, download and play other online games normally......

All cleared, changed browser, re-installed Flash Player, ecc..

Tanki has been experiencing connection problems lately, most people just do not want to admit it for fear others will call their computers weak.

 

I know the connection problem to be true because I was in the lobby, and the entire game froze up for a few seconds, and everybody in the lobby noticed it, so it couldn't be a single computer...but instead the Tanki server itself!

Try one of those sights that can track down you're ping rate per what server you are trying to connect, maybe be a problem with trying to connect to Russian server location maybe.

Yes, this can be the only answer because... I tried everything :P

I had the same problem of you. Me and other friends.

 

We change the browser, clean the cache, antivirus, we pray, etc. Nothing was fixed.

 

It could have been my ping the problem.

 

I take de IP of tankionline.com and compared with other similar IPs.

 

Only tankionline had problems.

 

The connection only improved when they did that break to maintenance.

 

The problem is not your computer, signal, internet.. Is the server of game.

 

You will have to be patient because it is a matter of time to return to normal.
