You weren't that specific as to what type, so here is a Shaft Convention. Scary.

 

Go to one of those make your own text places and slap what you made onto the pic.

 

You can probably use MS Paint to do it. Just resize it to "smaller" and you can probably get a

better look for it.

Please try and control the size of your pictures. 640x480 is often the standard size.

 

Most editors have a resize function.

 

If not, try and keep the width of your pics below 800.

 

Most users don't like to use the lower browser bar.

 

It is very inconvenient.

 

It is too much trouble or they can't find the lower browser bar quickly.

 

They never see the entire pic.

 

It also makes entering and reading text messages very inconvenient.

 

The PAINT program that is standard issue with Windows has a very effective RESIZE function.
