As for spectator mode, it is a good idea, maybe players can even bet crystals on a certain team to win (but the odds must be fair)

what if non modes want to look for cheaters or WATCH THERE FRIENDS PLAY A BATTLE and as the guy said watch life clan battles and lower ranks watch how higher ranks play

The only potential problem of spectator mode, AFAICS, is that clans can have one person on spectator mode during a clan war and that person can give them information about the location of enemies. However, if both clans can do it, I guess that that is evened out and clan wars will simply have another aspect of play to them, as any new weapon would bring. So I personally think it's a good idea. I do, however, feel that battle creators should be able to turn spectator mode on and off (like private battles), but moderators should be able to view spectator mode battles anyway (like they can private battles).
