Gold box won't get picked up.

So... I was in a Polygon DM and then the gold box fell [i am guessing the box 300 crystals for the special event]. Every player on the map ran over the box at least once, but eventually it faded away without being picked up.

*Note that my kills and deaths are 0 because I exited the battle then realized I needed a screenshot of the fund and the players. Unfortunately the only player in my screenshot [Other than myself] left, so this evidence may be very unconvincing and I can understand why you would feel that way.

 

My point of posting this is not to be refunded although that would be nice, but I was hoping the developers could look into this bug and have it fixed as soon as possible.
