One can only hope after the updates that were planned for 2.0 are integrated they will start on moving into tier 3.

Emperor with the speed of Hornet and the strength of Mammoth, that would be an expensive tank :shock:

As for Isida, I don't know how it could be improved into Tier 2 besides the damage and restoration rate.

Yes there is only 3 guns that are close range, and all the rest are medium, far, or infinite range!

 

What we could use in a second tier Isida is a powerful healing gun which is close ranged and it could heal or attack multiple people at once with powerful lightening blast, or something along those lines.

I'd like it if the gun could heal teammates, you're self by half, and push what ever you are leeching off back to the 20m range away from you like two magnets at reverse ends would be interesting for flagging but the acid thing they were devolving was good too, bet they scrapped it though.

Hmm i think that Dictator is all the hulls together and Isida is all the guns together. that's why m3 Dictator goes fast and Isida heals faster.
