ANYBODY can gain access to those things by downloading TanksTestingTool and TankViewer.

 

Please do not ask such questions, if you have not thoroughly researched the topic you are inquiring upon.

 

I have researched, but he might have access to the tanki 2.0 textures and models.

 

(Those files are not in TanksTestingTool nor TankViewer.)

 

Tanki 2.0 is the second version of tanki and I know that he might be able to go to the test server of tanki 2.0.

 

(I know he is not a tester but it may be possible.)

 

I haven't noticed him using unusual models from 2.0 so probably just wasting you're time sorry. :(

He cannot access the 2.0 test server because it does not exist. Tanki 2.0 will be slowly integrated into the current version.
