About stoling accounts

Hi all!. Recently, someone was entering in my account (Im the only one who know my password, i guess i was hacked). Then, he/she bought some staff valued in 1000~crystals, maybe that is nothing for some players, but it is a lot for me. This has happened 2 times, so I just change my password. If i ask you what can I do, you will say "help@tanki...". Ok, i contacted them. They response me the first mail, asking me a few questions. I answer them, and they have not writing me (Since 3 days ago). Also i sent a PM to BruceLunga in forum, and i have no answer. Im not questioning the mods job, Im waiting a response/refund/solution or something to this problem. Im not playing because of a possible "roll-back" in the account to get my crystals back. They can look at his database to check what i'm saying. But in this point, i have to ask other players/forum moderators...What Can/should I do?

Try sending it to them in English and in Russian.

You get a reply quicker I think.
