To Barnes & Noble:

Hello. My name is David I am a ten year old 5th grader and I attend an Elementary School. I would like to say something that I was not satisfied about. I like Barnes & Noble and got a lot of books from this store. I just wanted to say something that would help you, not sue you. The problem is that a book I bought had lots of ripped pages.

I do not want this to be harsh, so please don’t think I am trying to be mean. Now to start with, the book I bought was a dictionary. I wanted to get a Minecraft handbook (not the redstone one)but then my mom ended up wondering what a certain fruit looked like (I don’t remember which fruit)So we bought a visual dictionary. I never thought I would have a problem but when I opened the dictionary, I saw some ripped pages! There was at least 20 ripped pages in the glossary!  My mom got kind of unhappy and I was upset.

I thought maybe you could look through the book first then scan it. I just wanted to help you a little. And I am sorry if it sounded too harsh. I did not want it to be like that. But thank you for reading this anyway.

Regards,

David Kim
