1. Hunter: Finally, we get to a medium hull. The fastest of the Medium hulls, but also with the least amount of armor (saving m1 of course). It is faster than many, has a high profile, and has good armor to boot. It works with every turret to a certain degree, and can be used in pretty much any situation. However, the downside of this is its lack of specificity. It won’t be able to keep up with the light hulls, and hulls such as Dictator and Viking outclass it in armor. However, this is midfielding, and a jack of all trades is almost better here. Being able to almost keep pace with the light hulls that took you flag while taking the beating associated with having to enter an enemy's base. The combination of armor and speed allow most turrets to function well on this hull. From Firebirds Prometheus kit, Vulcan’s fujiyama, they all work, why because Hunter works with anything, and anywhere.

 

2.Viking: The most popular medium hull in the game, third overall, got to that position for just being such a good midfielder, and once again, usable with anything. Infact, besides the short ranged group of turrets, I would say that Viking plays better than Hunter. Thats right, unless at m1 stage (m1 Viking is terrible) Viking is a powerhouse. At m0, it has more health than Dictator, at m1, eh, at m2, is considered to be one of the best, if not the best m2 hull, it was also part of a very broken kit, but hey, that is a thing of the past. And as an early unlocking m3, and it’s lower entry cost than many others, makes it an ideal hull. Not only that, it has great armor, easily taking either a Railgun or Shaft, and still have plenty of health to go down kicking a screaming. Enough health to tangle with anything, and just enough speed to keep up when needed (especially with nitrous), Viking is a midfielders dream. Usable in any situation and succeed, works anywhere with anything.

 

Dictator: Last and certainly not least, the king of goldboxes, and everyone's favorite hull in polygon CPs, Dictator. The jury is out whether or not Dictator is a medium or heavy hull, it has massive armor, and slow speeds, however, it has less armor than the mammy and titan, with more speed. It is the medium hull between heavy and medium, if that makes any sense. Dictator is a pain to go up against with a light hull, especially if it has protection against your turret. Boar kit against my m2 hornet m1 rail usually results in death. 1v1 it is guaranteed, unless they are completely nub. If you can’t tell, Dictators aggravate me to some extent especially when they take my golds. However, with massive health, comes massive responsibility. Dictators seem to dominate the midfield area due to their enormous health reserves, not their speed. Dictators are best with midranges, allowing a large range to make up for it’s lack of speed, and enough damage to make Dictator a nuisance on the battlefield. As I said, Dictator does not have the speed to catch up to those light hulls, so it has two options, let the hulls come and get destroyed, or use longer ranged turrets to finish them off from afar. The best idea is to finish them off from afar, because the lack of speed does not lend itself to finishing light hull off up close, they will just speed by you.

Maybe you don't work yet ... but what if at the end of the month you got half of the wage you were supposed to get? Just to make you more familiar with the "logics and maths" of half and double concepts!

And who drugs actually need to be 2 to beat you (that are 1) ... is that a skill?

Having a team drugging is like fighting in 16vs8 instead of 8vs8 ... do you find this balanced? Don't you complain when a team is fighting you in 8vs4? Do you like to play in 4vs8? Don't you see that drugging is the same thing?

 

You know what? What I just said is "mathematics" ... is it too much maths for you? Everything in your life has a measurement, a weight, a temperature, a speed. Crash with your car at 20MPH or at 60MPH and you will see how numbers make it different! (of course I do not wish you or anyone to crash with car)

 

I never said that drugs have to be removed, but only limited in power and usage.

 

Numbers (or mathematics as you call it) are facts while things I read here is just a "bla bla bla" from druggers that love to fulfill their egos, no matter they are skilled or not, and feel God in battles ... many times just saying "mama pass me the credit card number please" and crying if she says "no". Or, like in the author case, they support their owner to keep this wrong mechanism run as much as possible.

The problem is that most of the replies to that topic are from the same small group of tankers. They each respond a hundred times to the topic and VOILA, it looks as if thousands of tankers are crying about supply usage.

 

Apart that noone wants to look "bigger". But there are hundreds of players who do not like this drugs system as it is. You might try to reduce the problem stating whatever you want, but the problem still exist. Maybe not only for the drugs problem, but try to notice the big tanki loss on daily players ... till devs removed the indicator!!!

If you study the situation closely, you will realize that, since supply users are the majority of tankionline’s players, then THEY AREN’T IMBALANCING THE GAME, THE NONS ARE! So, if Tanki severely limits supply usage (as they should limit Nons’ access to the game), then Tanki itself will be imbalancing the game. That, to answer the oft-repeated question, is why Tanki hasn’t and won’t “nerf” the supplies any more: doing so would hurt the vast majority of its players.

 

This is one of the most dumb and offensive thing I heard from a Tanki staff.

1 - Prove that druggers are the majority.

2 - Are you saying that non druggers should leave the game because they create unbalance? Really?

3 - What is the difference if everyone drugs or everyone does not drug?

 

Don't you realise that there wouldn't be druggers if non druggers left? What if everyone drugs? Drugs become useless. Don't you see that?

Also druggers are pleased to use drugs because they have non druggers to easily blow up.

You didn't mention skills, strategy, optimum weapon or paint ... just buy drugs and win! Powerful, strong and unbeatable!

 

Three ranks aheand means a M more than you. Pressing 2-3-4 gives 3xM more than what you have.

 

Every M upgrade gives abt. 25-30% increase ... everytime you press a number it gives a 100% increase!

 

... Of course you can win!

 

 

Even though it sounds strange that you have that position. You haven't the profile of a drugger!

 

 

 

I have the skills, I am getting very irritated with the M2 twins, Firebird etc. I can't pay for crystals and those premium punks are everywhere, all I am trying to do is to level the playing  field. I only have M2 Shaft, Isida, Freeze and Hornet. Everyone has a lot more M2's then I. I am howling for blood, and blood I will get, you better damn well believe it!   :angry:

 

I do use Tundra, which I mu'ed heavily enough, to survive three glancing blows from a M2 Rail while I use my M2 Hornet. The protect is around 36%, and my Dirty paint has 36% from Shaft. My M2 Freeze is Mu'ed to be strong enough to slay a fully drugged M2 Hornet (51.3 damage per tick), which always makes me gleeful. However..I have noticed recently alot more people at my rank are sporting the Isida-Viking M3 kit , and either with them drugging or not, the 31% protection from Isida on my Electra paint just isn't saving me. That is starting to tick me off greatly, so expect me to mu Electra heavily. I come up with counter-measures, and everyone else seems to come up with counter-measures for my counter-measures.

 

 

I wouldn't bother arguing with Rusty or Brubook, there's no end to it until they relieve themselves of this game, Bossman. If they say you don't have the skills, meh, just leave it. Who are they to tell YOU what you don't have. You are your own person. If you let the words and actions of others guide you, you're leading yourself to ruin. Defend yourself if you must, and move on.

 

Anyway. To deal with something like say... Twins, best thing to do is distance yourself as much as you possibly can to avoid full damage and impact. If you end up with your back against the wall, continue to save up and get a protection paint against it.

For example; I have Urban. 40% against Twins is nice and all... but you will suffer the consequences of Firebird (it only has 5% Firebird protection which is almost feel like 0% lol) severely if you don't have an Isida close by. I'm not including the factor of supplies either with that; just my own experience with this paint, with our without their aid. Also if you've got good protection against Twins ( coupled with decent HP) face him head-on; "Face-hug" is what we call it in WoT, where you are literally nose-to-nose with the enemy. A lot of times a Twins players will just keep trying to pressure you. Give him a surprise if possible: a Mine. Again, don't risk your life trying to stop an incoming opponent if you don't have the means for it. Just going to get smashed.

20% against Isida is DECENT, but something like Electra (which you have) is better. Just keep the distance as Isida has a pretty dangerous range if it catches you. But if you want to distract an Isida and force him to focus on you (Say you have a Teammate running with a flag and he's not well protected against that Vampire of Doom), forcibly block his path, allowing your teammate to escape. But really, only do this if you've got a decent HP pool and good protection against Isida or else you'll just get wrecked.

I'm not sure if you have troubles with Ricochet, but Urban only has 5% against that as well. Not very great, and you need to stay away from it and areas the player can manipulate around the map to shoot you. I can't really say much for Rico; don't see it often.

 

You seem to be handling Smoky and Rail pretty well, so I'll leave that part alone. Your judgement seems pretty reasonable on that.

I also see you've been utilizing some of the basic paints such as Dirty and Storm which isn't exactly 'bad'.

 

If you'd like some more info on what paints to use and whatnot, you can shoot me a PM. It'll be easier to catch me there as I'm usually 'AFK' in TO until I feel like I want to battle  :lol:

So, I had an idea, what if there was a button at the end of the garage categories that would let you see the garage sorted as it used to be, Special, Weapons, Hulls, then Paints, but paints strongest first, weakest last. I think this will help people get used to the new garage system, or let people use the garage the old way. I personally like the garage the way it used to be, and I believe other people do too.
