Do you know what program was used to record the video? am looking for a good program' date=' bc hypercam makes the video lag when i play it back even tho i have one of the best codecs, and the maximun settings for speed and quality.[/quote']

 

Guys,

 

I am recording a very very fast video recording application witch has tankionline integration. Just wait a few days!

lol i can wait, but what's the program called? kinda need it for my videos ( they're not gonna be tankionline videos only ).

 

An early version of "Mehdadoo Super Fast Rec" is available, but i am yet to code audio support for my cross platform application. I may change the video and audio compiler in the future to Blend 4 using .Net 4 to over come audio problem, but like that the software will be windows only. Decisions are to be made, so stay tuned!

This is just for the people that can't even remember when a season starts and/or ends

This year fall starts: Wednesday, September 22 and ends: Monday, November 22

PS. am not very sure of the ending date, but i do know that its close to that, am really not good at remembering things that i don't care about that much.

Try coding a game so that it can be played in facebook or any other social networking site, adding 50 new features, reworking the maps, adding graphics settings, and tell me when you're done. It's not that easy.

You are absolutely right. You can also add:

- a completely new server side engine or at least rewritten parts for the social network API's.

- a new server architecture (remember users will play in the same virtual space - no more server 1, server2, ... - but backstage we are still talking about multiple machines).

- redesigned load balancing system (given the fact that the number of potentially subscribers will grow much faster).

 

Last but not least...beta-testing.

Nothing in this whole world can compare to real life testing of any major app. No test in the world can compare to a horde of randomly acting users interacting with a certain app.

No test can be 100% full proof.

 

Software release life cycle for short:

- Pre-alpha

- Alpha

- Beta (closed or oped - see tanki test server)

- Release to marketing

- General availability (this is when we play :D )

- Service releases (bug-fixing from users feedback or other bugs that were undetected in the previous stages)

 

All the things I have wrote above are simple guesses.

I think it is time that that somebody needs to translate the English side of the developers plans. (http://tankionline.com/en/plans/).

I mean a Russian speaker with fluent English language knowledge.

 

I refuse to read that page translated by some software on the web... :).

I want to read it on the website translated by an admin.

Tanks Online 2.0

 

Tentative dates (may move):

Closed testing - the end of October.

Open testing - the end of November.

 

 

 

 

Nickname from the first version will be reserved until the closure.

All players will be offered a voluntary transition to "Tanks Online 2.0" and cash in assets in the crystals of the purchase price and transfer of supplies. Thus, it can be re-buy the right things, and the crystals obtained instead of useless, spend usefully.

Crystals, glasses, titles, figures destroyed / wrecked and referral connection (if, of course, your referrals passed in 2.0) will also be transferred.

Now, i know that Alternativa3D 7 does an outstanding job as the 3D engine behind the scenes (keep up the good work guys :) ), but still the question remains...
