See people, this is what happens if you keep threads open ^^!

The people stop making sense.

G, remind me when you won the argument? There was no argument to begin with, And yes, you didn't make any sense. Its not my problem if you're not good at English.

As for Dhee, He's simply flaming me, So I'll ignore him during our amazing discussion

PS, Who is joeaga2? And why is he making text tiny like that lol, we can copy/paste it or quote it to know what he wrote...

So you want an in-depth answer? I'll give you one.

The best a moderator can do is deal with bans. And even then, there's a 99.99999% chance a moderator cannot help you if you are already banned.

  • Chat Moderators only have the power to ban someone from the chat and forum upto a month.

  • Forum Moderators only have the power to delete/edit/move/sticky/etc forum threads and messages.

  • Chat Administrators have the power to do all above including ban permanently.

  • Consultants have the power to ban up to 5 minutes and warn.

Now none of them can help you with blocked accounts, nor can they block someone. To do that, You need to contact Tech Support. In order to contact tech support you need to write an email to them, which opens a "ticket", that ticket then waits through a queue, once a tech support reads it he takes action. Remember the more useless mails you send that only say "Answer my previous message" will delay the queue for everyone that sent a mail. There are human beings reading them, not robots that do what you want.

Now where in that do you see "Moderators" doing anything?

Tech support rarely has the time to deal with threads in the complaints section, that is why moderators are here, We deal with the ones that we can and guide the rest to Tech Support.

  • If you have been blocked, fined, your account has been stolen or if anything has happened to your account, Contact help@tankionline.com even if you were banned and you want to know "why?"

  • If you have a complaint against a moderator, contact help@tankionline.com

  • If you want to report someone, Contact a Moderator.

Why doesn't tech support answer to me?

Well I honestly disagree with that. They usually answer me within the first few hours. You need to know that not just tech support, even moderators get hundreds of private messages per day. Now great wall of texts will not be read because then there will be less time to deal with the rest of the messages. What can you do to make sure tech support reads it?

  • Keep it short, that's simple.

  • Keep it simple.

  • Don't over-exaggerate your problem.

  • Make sure your text doesn't use "short" terms like "i lost my account cuzz friend hacked it and he wanted to play it 2"

  • Don't use abbreviations for bigger words if you can help it

Then there are certain rules, If you're going to insult the guy reading your message by saying things like "You guys never reply to my messages" just when you begin your mail, chances are they won't be able to help you. Don't insult them, stay professional, keep it simple, and you WILL get an answer. Even if the answer is "We are unable to help you with your problem"

EDIT: A good example is this post, I could easily have made it a wall of text but as you can see, it is not.
