Idea For PM's

There shold be volder e.g

for a specific persn or a folder for complains you sent

You mean 'folder' & 'person'?

Anyway, you don't send your complaints via the PM system, so...

If you want to see the complaints you have sent, go through your 'Created topics' and bookmark every complaint topic - that way you will have them in the 'My Bookmarks' menu.

@Federal, I think he wants to turn the PM system into an email.

Well, thats not what they are meant for. They are for brief, private conversations between players. If you get to be friends with a player you can always ask their skype or actual EMAIL to contact them easier. I have done so with several different players.
