Thats why you become a future member or join a clan academy.

 

I am WO4 and just joined as a IC future member. If i joined a noob clan it would be pointless as the bigger clans would dominate us in clan wars.

fine. maybe clans for warrant officer 1 to warrant officer 5 or similar and they could be extensions of clans so "Daredevils junior" or "ShadowStrikers junior" and when you get to third lieuftenant you could move into the normal clan and the "junior" clans would battle other "junior" clans to make it fair.

I think not official below WO5, but I made an unofficial clan for everyone that speaks dutch, from 3 V's with a star up to marshall, cause if you wanna join, you have to be able to join in my clan!

Cause otherwise I would need to get out of my own clan! :shock:

But just make unofficial clans that are... not official :D

And when someone of the clan reaches major, he can make it official :)
