Login issues?

I've been having issues with logging in. It always tells me my password is wrong, even when I know it's not. I so far have reset my password 15 times, but it never seems to work.

 

Am i just a horrible typer and keep on spelling it wrong, or is this some issue with tanki?

i think is has to be some issue with the forum server because 2 days ago i had the same probelm but i waited a few minutes (hours) and it working fine now so long story short

 

its something with the server i think

Yeah, my two sub accounts, Selena1212121 and FreeSel don't work on the forum.

• Check lower and upper cases

• Check if CAPS LOCK is on or off

• Write down on a paper your pasw next time :D

OP,

Write your password in Notepad, where you can see what you type (yes, there are 'password revealer' programs which let you to see what you are typing, instead of dots, but it's easier with Notepad.)

After you write your password in Notepad, copy it and paste it here.If it still says that it's wrong, the problem is in your head, or someone hacked your account.

Enter the game, log out, click 'Forgot password', it will send you a link in your email.Click on this link, then make your password stronger, but easy to remember (example, mine is over 20 chars, easy for me, but impossible to guess :lol: )

If it still says that the pass is wrong, then contact help@tankionline.com, with your acc details, etc., they will assist you as soon as possible.

Listen, what I'm saying is, my two sub-accounts work on the game itself but not the forum! The notepad thing doesn't work either.

Maybe:

 

The game max. password chars is 32.

But the Forum max. is 25.

Maybe your pass is longer than 25, so in the Forum it doesn't work...

They all have the same password!!!

If you make ur password 32 chars, you can login in the game.

But in the Forum there is no space for writing 32.There is only for 25.Yes, it is stupid.

My password has less that 25 characters. I'm not that idiotic like some people, so if it was longer I would have said.

Lol. Or, since both of my subs are Private (rank), there could be a rank limit on the forum.

But even so, the limit for chat is rank Private, so it should work on the forum.

I'm going to make a new account with a random password and see.
